The Red Brolly Blog will be taking a small break- and will be back in the New Year with lots of exciting new projects and goodies for you...
In the meantime...if you would like to do some holidays embroidery- my newest quilt pattern is now in shops.
Do you remember the whole sad story about that crafty fox and my poor chickens?
My poor girls- all gone! Every one!
I've incorporated the story into a brand new quilt called "Country Holiday".
Which tells the whole story in stitchery of the fox grabbing my girls and taking them to his Lair in the pine trees across the road.
In "Country Holiday" there's heaps of gorgeous stitching for you to practise all those skills you've learnt in the Girls Own Stitching Club.
The designs are quick and easy to do. Some have a tiny bit of appliqe.
For any of you going of on your own country holiday- this is perfect
to take with you to stitch away those long evenings.
Or just to take a break and sit at home and stitch your own holiday quilt.
I've also included a matching cushion in the pattern. I've called it the Fox on the Hillside cushion!
This fun pattern is in shops now.
Check the stockist list on the Blog to find your nearest Red Brolly stockist.
Have a Jolly Brolly Christmas ...
A very happy season to you and yours Bronwyn, thank you for generosity, more sewing next year!kind regards Caroline.

Merry Christmas Bronwyn, thankyou for being so generous with your patterns, ideas and recipes (even if I do add weight just looking at them). Have a lovely restful break and I would like to share with you something my 13 year old grand-daughter told me at the weekend. "If women ruled the world there would not be any wars. There would just be a lot of countries not talking to each other"
